Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GenGuru ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

GenGuru is an AI-powered platform for generating concept art, storyboards, and videos from text descriptions. The Service operates on a credit system — credits are consumed when generating content.

3. Account

  • You must provide a real, working email address. Temporary/disposable email addresses are prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Mass account creation to abuse free credits is prohibited and may result in a ban.

4. Credits and payments

  • Welcome credits are granted once per account and are non-transferable.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

  • Content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
  • CSAM or sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Content designed to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
  • Deepfakes of real people without their consent
  • Malware, spam, or fraudulent content

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant GenGuru a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and reference materials do not infringe third-party rights.

7. Availability and limitations

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation results may vary. We are not liable for the quality of generated content. We reserve the right to set rate limits on generation to ensure fair use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@genguru.net.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenGuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
